SHIPMENT TRACKING

REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

  • Refund or Replacement will be given on Damaged & Wrong Products only.
  • To claim, complete uncut opening video is mandatory.
  • Complaints must be raised within 3 days along with video after receiving the damaged or wrong product.
  • To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. If customer sends the courier, shipment charges (maximum 70/- INR) will be adjusted in his/her refund.
  • Note - Maximum liability of refund is up to order value only.
